Join us for an early evening gig of new experimental and cutting edge music from talented students at the University of Sheffield.

New Music Ensemble is a dynamic ensemble focused on performing new compositions written in the Department of Music, or developed with collaborators. A rotating cast of extremely talented musicians, they perform pieces from the cutting edge of composition, often using experimental techniques and approaches. Our free events in the city have been hugely popular and we are excited to continue them in the Dorothy Pax on the canalside.
