Open call for our first ART IS QUAY artisan market.
The Dorothy Pax Bar are hosting their first ever makers, doers and drinkers Quayside artisan market!
So, we are calling out to artists, makers and creatives who would like to be part of our all day market, taking place canal side along Sheffield’s cultural heritage site, The Victoria Quays. Our bespoke real ale bar, The Dorothy Pax, is a hidden sanctuary tucked away in one of the arches under the old Victoria train tracks by the water.
We are host to live music events and proudly curate a fine selection of local ales and being a crew of creatives ourselves, we would like to extend our welcome and offer our space just outside on the beautiful cobbled area as a platform to host a plethora of all things ART.
Six foot tables will be available for you, which can be doubled up on request at no extra cost. If you don’t have your own gazebo we can arrange hire for one at an extra charge, please ask for details. You will need to provide your own tablecloths and displays but if you need an electricity supply to your stall, we will be able to provide it for you, let us know in your application.
An introductory charge for a stall will be £35.
Art is Quay market will be open to the public at 10am till dark so set up will need to be complete by 9.45am.
The market will be warmed with fire pits, lit with festoon lighting; food stalls and buskers will complete the experience for everyone. The Dorothy Pax bar will be open during the market serving drinks then hosting live music to end the event.
Victoria Quay’s car park is located at the site to make unloading and set up more convenient. You will need to cover your own parking at £3.00 for the day.
If this floats your boat then applying for a stall couldn’t be easier, all we need are four images of your work and a short Artists Bio.

We look forward to hearing from you.
