From Facebook:

To celebrate the start of spring, we’ll be having a party this Friday 27th April at the Dorothy Pax in Victoria Quays. Music will start from 5PM and go til late – perfect warm up hours for your Friday nights.

It’s FREE entry, and there *should* be a stone baked pizza oven throughout the night to keep the energy levels high.

We’re expecting it to be a proper knees-up so come and check it out.

DJs on the night:

ddw – ddw is a Sheffield-based music journalist and DJ, when not writing about music for places such as the Guardian, Pitchfork, Vice, Loud & Quiet and several others, he can be found DJing around town, most often at Picture House Social. He plays an eclectic mix of everything from disco to post punk, Afrobeat to psychedelia and electronic to pop.

Anon (Plastic) – Plastic’s head honcho, get 2 know.

ROAM (Groundwork) – One of 4 members of the Sheff based Groundwork collective, hear his latest mix for PPG here:

Silkman (Lumpy Gravy) – will be delving deep into his collection to provide you with smooth grooves and funky floor fillers. Listen to Ethan’s UKG Lumpy gravy mix:

Bill Edgar – Born in Newcastle (made in Sheffield!!)

Jamie Roberts – Synthy thrillers all night long.
